Celtic Vespers will be presented at St. James' Episcopal Church on Sunday, October 29th at 7:00pm.  The candlelight service incorporating prayers and music, based on an evening liurgy from the Scottish Iona Community.  

Wild Notes, a musical group known for their energetic and exuberant traditional acoange ustic music with roots in Irish, Scotish, French=Canadian jazz and classical will perform.  Their original arrangements of New England and Celtic reels, hornpipes, and waltzes delight and surprise listeners.  Instruments include Celtic harp, concertina, fiddle and flute, performed by Kasha Breau, John Kalinowski and Mickey Koth..

St James' Women's Choir will sin "An Irish Blessing", by Joanna Forbes L'Estrange, along with other selections.  The Rev. Matt Handi, priest-in-charge at St. James' will be the officiant.  

Celtic Vestpers is open to the public, with no adsmiions fee, and all are invited to attend.
