Clergy Transition

An Exciting Time of Change

We are now searching for our next clergy leader who will be a half time Priest in Charge with the possibility of becoming a Rector after three years.

In this time of change for St. James’,  God is leading us to new opportunities, stretching us to use our talents and gifts in new ways.  Change abounds!  We have gained new understandings of what it means to be “community” during the COVID pandemic. We have also been growing in our understanding and practice of what it means to become “The Beloved Community” through a renewed focus on issues of social justice and racial equality.

As we are discerning congregational life under a new leader in a new half time position, we are discerning how we can align our lay leadership resources to best support and complement the work of our half-time clergy leadership. We are blessed with strong lay leadership and by the presence of retired Priest Associate Don Hamer.  There is a “Sweet Sweet Spirit in this Place”.

If you are interested in discerning with us, we encourage you to explore our website. Please send a Letter of Interest, a current resume or CV and a current OTM profile to ECCT’s Diocesan Transition Minister, Amber Page Gehr at:
