"Yogalates" (Yoga with Spirit) is a spiritual and energetic blend of yoga and pilates to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit. Summer classes are held 9:00 to 10:00a.m. in the parish hall on Tuesday mornings. Drop-ins are welcome, and the cost is $7 per class. Wear loose clothing and bring a mat.
