St. James Glastonbury

This Committee is responsible for the sign-up sheet boards and bulletin boards located at the church. The Committee creates and posts all sign-up sheets for church events. The design of the sign-up sheets both is consistent with the aestetics of the foyer and has an eye-catching quality to call attention to upcoming church events. Additionally, this Committee maintains the church bulletin board orderliness by removing outdated postings as appropriate.

The Committee is responsible for maintaining the St. James website, email mailing lists, and foyer TV. While content on the website is maintained by each Commission or Committee, the Committee ensures that the website software is kept up-to-date and the pages are accessible by everyone – independent of browser or text-to-speech device used to get the information. The slides on the foyer TV are provided by the other Vestry Commissions or their associated Committes as desired to promote upcoming or showcase recent events. It is the Committee’s responsibility to post the provided material for viewing on the TV. In addition, this Committee provides technical support for software and electronics used at the church for communications purposes.
