At St. James’, we believe that variety and a broad scope of formational and educational offerings is at the root of our Christian community. We offer weekly workshops and seminars throughout the program year – from September through June – that include topics relating to; issues of contemporary society, healthcare, end of life issues, family systems, sharing our stories, spirituality and spiritual direction, Bible study, retreats, quiet days, inter-faith dialogues, book studies, the story of the Episcopal Church, and much more. The Rev Canon Allison St. Louis, PhD Clinical Psychology, leads this seminar that provides participants with the tools to reflect upon family functioning and determine how past family experiences influence current relationships.
